Delivery Information

One delivery charge will be charged per order, regardless of the quantity of products ordered.
Deliveries to multiple addresses will require multiple orders and incur multiple delivery charges.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal at the delivery this will be classed as a failed delivery.
In the case of a failed delivery the goods will either be re-sent and the customer charged a second delivery charge, or the customer refunded less deductions for despatch and delivery costs incurred.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Sent same day or next working day
Average delivery is 2 – 3 days
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday.
In this instance please expect delivery on the next working day.

Next Day Delivery = £5.95

Available on orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday
Orders placed on Friday will be delivered Monday.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday.
In this instance please expect delivery on the next working day.
Despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery
A signature will be required upon receipt
This service in not available to the following postcodes:
GY1, GY9, HS2, PA61, PA62 - 75, PA78, ZE2- 3, KW16-17, PH30, PH41, PH42, PH43-44.

If your item is not delivered, please allow up to 10 days after posting before considering it lost. It may be in process of being returned to us.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY = £8.95

The following countries will be despatched via Airsure:
Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
Any European countries not included above will be despatched via International Signed For.
A signature will be required upon receipt
In some cases if your parcel exceeds 2KG it may be despatched via Parcelforce.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY = £10.95

The following countries will be sent by Airsure:
Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, and USA.
Any countries not included above will be despatched via International Signed For.
A signature will be required upon receipt

If your item is not delivered, please allow up to 25 days after posting before considering it lost. It may have been held up in customs or be in process of being returned to us.

Customs & Duty Information

Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches its destination country. Any charges related to customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary from country to country; please contact your local customs office if you have any queries.
